How fast do you reply?
We respond to every inquiry within one business day — usually the same day. Requests sent on weekends are picked up Monday morning CT.
Do you share pricing before a call?
Yes. Pricing is published on our pricing page and in the get-started wizard. Custom projects are quoted after the intake form.
Where is The Coast based?
We are a remote-first studio with a home base in the United States and clients worldwide. All collaboration happens async plus scheduled calls.
Can I send NDAs, RFPs, or procurement forms?
Absolutely. Email them to hello@coastglobal.org and reference the project. We will route them to the right person the same day.
